  SHIPPING POLICY

  • We ship everywhere.

  • We do offer international shipping however it is the customers responsibility to pay the taxes and fees that are required by law based on their countries guidelines. Shipping cost may be higher for international orders.

  • All items are handmade and created individually when you order then immediately packaged & shipped to you. We ask that you allow up to ten (10) business days for your garment to be made and shipped to you. Orders are generally shipped between 3-5 business days but due to COVID-19 we ask that you allow extra processing time.

  • ​Shipping cost is calculated on a "per order," "per item" or "per pound" basis and is based on the shipping option you select. We sometimes offer free shipping for specific promotions, or free shipping sitewide.

  • When your package has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. 

  RETURN POLICY

  • In the event your product is damaged or defective, customers will need to contact WynnMont by submitting a "Return Request". You must contact WynnMont within five (5) days of receipt of the damaged or defective product’s delivery date and you must provide reasonable proof to us of such damage or defect.

  • WynnMont will promptly review your correspondence in order to determine whether such damage or defect warrants a new product sent to you at no additional cost or store credit. WynnMont will inform you of its decision to approve or deny your request for a new product or store credit along with an explanation of its decision.

  • We strongly encourage all customers to review our sizing charts before orders are placed to ensure our sizing meets your needs.

  • For returns, it's the customer’s responsibility to communicate with us and request a return request. A customer has 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Submitting a returns request does not guarantee your return will be granted.​​

HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURNS REQUEST

1. Take photos of the damaged or defective product.
2. Send an email to Returns@TheWynnMontBrand.com. Email MUST HAVE subject line stating “RETURNS REQUEST and your ORDER NUMBER” (we receive a lot of emails and we want to make sure you don’t get overlooked).
3. Write a detailed email giving your name, the item you are writing a returns request for and any other important information to help with your request.
4. Attach photos to your request and submit your request.
5. Please allow 3 business for someone to respond. 
6. We will respond within 3 business days and send a digital return shipping label to the email used to place your order.
7. Ship item back immediately. Delay in shipping the product back could result in denial of your request.
8. Item must be returned unworn and in it original packaging with tags. 
9. Requesting a return does not mean automatic approval.

Can I change my order?


You can change your order as long as your order has not started to be processed. Once an order has started the processing stage, you can NOT make changes to that order.




When will my order be processed?


Due to covid we ask that you allow up to ten (10) business days for your order to be processed and shipped. All of our items are handmade individually so orders generally ship out within 5 days.

Yes you can exchange an item but the item must be returned in its original packing with the tag. Must be unworn and unwashed. We strongly encourage our customers to review our size charts before purchasing an item.




Are returns free?


Yes returns are FREE! Submit a returns request and we will send a digital shipping label to send your damaged or defective product back to us. How long does it take to process a return?
The return process depends on how long it takes for a customer to submit a return request and send the product back to us.

Do you offer 3 or 4 times payment option?


Yes, We offer Seezle and AfterPay. Just choose that option at checkout and you will be directed to either of their site (depending on whichever one you choose) to finish your checkout process.

What if I’m not home?


Based on the shipping option you chose when processing you order your package may be left at your door or if it requires signature the delivery company will attempt to deliver again at a later date.




What are the wash & dry care instructions?


Please read the care instructions label attached to each item. Machine wash cold all items and tumble dry low for polyster items or hang dry for polyster/spandex items.
